The drilling pump unit is used to inject cleaning fluids and circulating mud at high pressure into the well during drilling. The injected drilling fluid is used to clean the bottom of the well and carry the drilled rock out of the wellbore, while also cooling the drill bit and driving the bottom hole assembly.The drilling pump is installed in a closed container with an electric heating system. The drilling pump consists of two main parts: the closed container and the pumping system. The pumping system mainly consists of a power system consisting of a diesel engine and gearbox, a power supply and lighting system, a plunger pumping system, a safety system, a lubrication system, a pneumatic system, a control system, a low-pressure manifold system, and a high-pressure manifold system.
1. The design and manufacture of 1000 type drilling pump unit should be based on the principle of ‘advanced performance, reliable work, and meet HSE’, and the performance and manufacture quality of the whole machine should reach the level of the current international similar products;
2. It has good sealing and anti-vibration ability to ensure that the equipment can be adapted to work in wet, rainy and sandy climatic conditions, and can adapt to the operating environment temperature of -45 ~ +45 ℃, the equipment storage temperature of -19 ~ +45 ℃;
3. Heating system adopts electric heater for heating to ensure the air temperature necessary for the operation of the equipment placed in the container pumping station;
4. The power supply for the pump station equipment comes from an external 380V 50Hz three-phase power source, while the 24V DC control system is powered by a 195Ah low-temperature battery pack.
5. The control system hardware is configured with a Siemens PLC ST60 and a SMART700 touch screen. The control system is divided into local control and remote control.
6. A specialized data acquisition system enables real-time recording, analysis, and storage of operational data from the drilling pump station.
7. The lubrication oil pump draws oil from the sump, cools it through the engine oil cooler, and then sends it to the oil filter. After filtering, it is supplied to the main lubrication oil circuit, and distributed to the crankshaft, turbocharger, bearings, cylinder head, injectors, and other lubricated parts before returning to the oil sump via the return pipe.
8. The engine heater SWD-4K is powered by 220V AC, allowing for a quick reduction in startup time under low-temperature conditions.
9. The high-pressure manifold is equipped with a buffer device to reduce pulsation and vibration in the high-pressure piping.
10. The engine is equipped with an emergency shutdown system to prevent accident.
11. The grouting pump model is 5×4×14, and its speed can be continuously and linearly adjusted via an AC frequency converter.
