Recently, the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Administration awarded the "Inspection and Testing Institution Accreditation Certificate" to Hubei Oil and Gas Drilling Equipment Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as the Industry Research Institute). This company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company. This accreditation signifies that the company meets the basic conditions and capabilities specified by national laws and administrative regulations and is now authorized to provide data and results with proof value, ensuring reliability and authority.

In accordance with the standards and requirements for inspection and testing institution accreditation, the company has undertaken personnel training, laboratory upgrades, equipment calibration, testing method validation, internal audits, and management reviews. Following technical and on-site examinations by the review team, the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Administration approved the Industry Research Institute for accreditation in November 2023.
